GreenLight Our Story

Greenlight Collaboration was founded by Kevin Ward as PC Conferencing 2001. As a telecom veteran, Kevin saw an opportunity to provide simple, affordable and reliable ways to connect people.  As technology evolved the company did too, but our goal has always remained the same: to provide you with easy-to-use, intuitive audio, web and video conferencing to help you communicate and collaborate effectively with small work teams and large audiences alike.

On June 1st, 2010, PC Conferencing became GreenLight Collaboration. Our name change was much more than a rebranding effort. The move to GreenLight Collaboration was intended to reflect our evolution as an operating-system-neutral collaboration platform and as a provider of collaboration services inside and outside of live meetings.

What makes us different is our focus on providing outstanding customer support for each and every meeting. Although our technology is easy to use, we understand if you want someone to guide you during your first meeting — especially if it’s with an important client. And if your goal is to reach a large audience with an audio broadcast and slide visuals, a GreenLight Concierge will help you plan and orchestrate it from beginning to end.
