Career Opportunity in Collaboration Services Sales

PC-Conferencing, Inc., DBA GreenLight Collaboration, a rapidly growing audio and web conferencing service provider, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative’s to work out of our Lakewood, Colorado office. You must have sales experience in a highly competitive marketplace. You must excel at finding opportunities and closing business in a short sales cycle. You must be willing to cold call by phone daily, be effective overcoming resistance, and be an active networker. You should be able to work independently without supervision. Experience selling to leaders in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations and C Level a plus. Experience using on-line presentation and demonstration tools helpful but not required.

The Inside Sales Representative’s will be responsible for selling our audio, web and video conferencing services to the Small – Mid size Enterprise market.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Selling our audio, web and video conferencing services to the SME market.
  • Prospect, Qualify, Data gather, Present, Demo and close business on the telephone.
  • Skilled at using the phone to get sales. Prepares list of leads, delivers benefit statements, handles objections, and records statistics on each call.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and/or activity quota through phone-based, full-cycle, solution selling.
  • Identify new target companies and prospects via the Internet.
  • Track all relevant sales activity using sales automation systems (including calls, prospect pipeline, account notes, etc.)
  • Develop business and account plans as well as sales strategies.
  • Project independent, highly motivated, and success driven approach to responsibilities.
  • Excellent writing skills; e-mail messages clearly communicate a call to action, steps to closing the sale, etc.
  • Is a compelling and articulate speaker. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.
  • Committed to exceeding quality standards and providing exceptional products and services.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and PowerPoint.
  • Has a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Has drive and motivation to sell aggressively.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
  • Telecommunication experience preferred
  • Positive, enthusiastic personality with a strong desire to conquer territory
  • Aggressive cold calling skills, experience in a competitive, business to business sales environment within the last 3 years
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer

PC-Conferencing, Inc., DBA GreenLight Collaboration offers a base salary, plus commission with no caps on commissions, paid sales training, paid vacation and excellent benefits.

Earning potential significantly increases with time as you develop your understanding of our conferencing service, the market and as your pipeline of potential customers grows. 1st year at 100% of plan, target can achieve $40k to 70k/year (no cap on commissions)
